A 45 minute flow designed to gently stretch the body. Starting with Sama Vritti Pranayama (Box Breathing) to calm the mind and reduce any feelings of stress or anxiety. Flow through Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana 1) to energise and Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana) to give those hamstrings a good stretch.
