A fun and supportive 45 minute full body yoga flow. Salute the sun in Surya Namaskara C variations and Surya Namaskara A to warm the body and energise.

Practicing Locust pose (Salabhasana) to strengthen the spine and Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) pose to release tension in the hips, this is a great all round sequence.
