A 30 minute flow designed to increase hip flexibility and build strength through the whole body. Just as we may experience tension in the shoulders or jaw, we also get tension in the hips. This practice gently works on improving hip mobility which is a fundamental part of our yoga practice.

There is 90 seconds of muffled sound in the opening warm-up where my microphone gets caught in my cardigan!
