A fun 30 minute yoga flow working on hamstrings and shoulders to prepare the body for Dolphin Pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana).  This pose is great for strengthening arms and shoulders and also gives your hamstrings a good stretch.

Tight hamstrings are very common for many of us and can result in lower back pain and tight hips.
